Abstract Submission Guidelines
- 摘要內容必須以英文書寫。
- 頁面邊距：四周均為2.5公分。
- 字體類型：Times New Roman；字體大小：12號。
- 使用單行間距，不要在段落之間留空行。
- 摘要標題需置中。
- 字數限制：摘要內容須在1頁（A4大小）內。
- 摘要內容須包含背景(Background)、方法(Methods)、結果(Results)、結論(Conclusions) ；病例報告必須包括背景(Background)、病例介紹Case Presentation（病史Medical History、實驗室診斷Laboratory Diagnosis）和結論(Conclusions)。
- 發表者的姓名必須加底線，並提供其隸屬機構、國家和電子郵件地址。
- 截止日期
- 提交截止日期：2024年9月13日（UTC/GMT: +8:00）
- 通知日期：2024年10月30日（UTC/GMT: +8:00）
- 請按以下規則提交：
- 檔名：類別（移植/輸血）和第一作者的名字（如果要提交多個摘要，請按順序對文件進行編號。例如：Transplantation_Tom_1）
- 確認信將於投稿後7日內透過電子郵件通知。如有任何問題請聯繫秘書處(apctibt2024@gmail.com )。
- 優秀論文將被選為現場口頭報告。
- 發布內容將刊登於會議手冊，投稿即表示所有作者已經同意。
- 研究主題包括但不限於臨床實務、組織相容性、血液學、免疫學和細胞治療。
※ Abstract若被接受，需至少有一位作者註冊參加會議，並於大會安排之時段發表壁報或口頭報告。
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- The content of abstract must be written in English.
- Page margin: 2.5cm all round.
- Font type: Times New Roman; Font size: 12 point.
- Use single line spacing and do not leave line gap between paragraphs.
- Center the title of the abstract.
- The abstract must be written within 1 page (A4 size).
- The content of the submitted abstracts must include Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions; Case report must include Background, Case Presentation (Medical History, Laboratory Diagnosis) and Conclusions.
- The presenting author’s name must be underlined, and his/her affiliation, country, and email address must be provided.
- Deadlines
- Submission: September 13th, 2024 (UTC/GMT: +8:00)
- Acceptance: October 30th, 2024 (UTC/GMT: +8:00)
- The following details must be included:
- File name: Category (Transplantation/Transfusion) and the name of first author (If you are going to submit more than one abstract, please number the files accordingly along with the filenames. Ex: Transplantation_Tom_1)
- A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within 7 days when your abstract has been received. If you have any problem, please contact the Secretariat (apctibt2024@gmail.com ).
- Excellent abstracts will be selected for an onsite oral presentation.
- Please be noted that the published content will be included in the conference manual, submission of a manuscript to us implies that all authors have agreed on this.
- The topic of research is including but not limited to clinical practice, histocompatibility, hematology, immunology, and cell therapy.
※ If accepted, the presenting or corresponding author must register for the conference, prepare their poster (or oral presentation if selected) and present during their assigned session time.
